Refund Policy

A non-refundable registration fee of $25 applies to all enrollments. This fee is retained in every case and is not included in any refund calculation below.

This applies equally where a coupon or promotion covered the registration fee at enrollment. Those offers are made to welcome new families into a class; if you later withdraw, the $25 is retained and deducted from your refund instead.

If you withdraw at any time before the course begins, we deduct an additional $35 from your payment and refund the remaining balance. Together with the registration fee, $60 in total is retained.

Once classes have started — including during the first week — we deduct the cost of the classes that have already been attended and then refund 50% of the remaining balance. The $25 registration fee is retained in addition.

You can request a refund directly from your account: sign in, go to My Enrollments, and choose Request Refund on the relevant course. Before you submit, we show you an estimated refund amount calculated from the policy above (registration fee, and the early-withdrawal or attended-class deductions). Your request is then reviewed by our team, who confirm the final amount.

You can also email us at support@eifo.us with the parent account name and the course or term the request relates to. Where a refund is approved, it is issued using the original method of payment unless we agree otherwise with you.
